Noise Generation Clause Samples
Noise Generation. (a) The Resident will:
(i) respect the rights of other individuals at the College at all times, and will ensure that noise from inside the Resident's Room cannot be heard from outside the Resident's Room after 11:00pm or before 7:00am (or such other times as may be specified in the Handbook); and
(ii) comply with the requirements of the Handbook regarding noise, including that during the week leading up to, and including, examination periods, noise from inside the Resident's Room must not be audible outside the Resident's Room at any time of the day or night.
(b) The Director may impose appropriate noise restrictions to accommodate College events and other functions by providing the Resident with at least 24 hours' notice of the noise restriction commencing.
Noise Generation. The Design report shall consider anticipated noise and provide options for mitigation of operational noise production at the facility including but not limited to pump operation, generator noise, electrical gear, and HVAC systems. Consultant will provide recommendations for maximum noise db, and noise shall be limited by design to no more than the recommended and agreed-upon noise level at the property line.
