No Warranty Regarding Information. Borrower agrees that the Lender shall not be liable in any way for the completeness or accuracy of any Environmental Report or the information contained therein. The Borrower further agrees that the Lender has no duty to warn any of the Credit Parties or any other Person about any actual or potential environmental contamination or other problem that may have become apparent or will become apparent to the Lender.
