Stanford does not guarantee any particular research results, outcome, or specific yield. Stanford makes no representations and extends no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Among other things, Stanford disclaims any express or implied warranty: (i) of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, (ii) of non-infringement, or (iii) arising out of any course of dealing. User hereby acknowledges that the services provided by Center are of an experimental and exploratory nature and that no particular results or outcome can be guaranteed.
