No Waiver; Remedies Cumulative; Enforcement. The rights of the Lender under this Agreement (i) may be exercised as often as necessary; (ii) are cumulative and not exclusive of its rights under the general law and (iii) may be waived only in writing and specifically. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any right is not a waiver of that right. Any waiver, consent or amendment shall be affective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it was given and shall not entitle the Borrower or any other Credit Party to any further or subsequent waiver, consent or amendment.
