No delay in the enforcement or forbearance by Landlord in exercising exercise of any such right or remedy hereunder, or Landlord’s undertaking or performing any act or matter which is not expressly required to be undertaken by Landlord shall be construed, respectively, to be constitute a waiver of any default by Tenant hereunder or of any of Landlord’s rights or remedies in connection therewith.
