No Volume Commitment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Contractor acknowledges that MMSM makes no representation or warranty as to the nature, timing, quality, quantity or volume of Services required from Contractor under this Agreement or the compensation that may be earned by Contractor, including as to any amounts of materials to be collected or managed through post-collection services by a Contractor.β
