Common use of No Volume Commitment Clause in Contracts

No Volume Commitment. Applied does not commit to purchase a specific volume of any Item from Supplier except as specified in an Authorized Demand Signal and, subject to [* *] Rights (as defined in Section 11(b)), or unless otherwise agreed in writing, Applied may manufacture or buy goods and/or services from Third Parties that are identical or similar to the Items.

No Volume Commitment. Applied does not commit to purchase a specific volume of any Item from Supplier except as specified in an Authorized Demand Signal and, subject to [* *] Supplier's IP Rights (as defined in Section 11(b)), or unless otherwise agreed in writing, Applied may manufacture or buy goods and/or services from Third Parties that are identical or similar to the Items. However, Applied agrees to continue to be bound by any pre-existing Volume Purchase Agreement, or other agreement committing Applied to the purchase of a certain quantity of Items.
