Neither Client nor Client Employees shall use, manufacture, design, engineer, decompile, reverse engineer, register, disassemble, file applications for, communicate, cause to be communicated, distribute, copy, sell or disclose any Confidential Information for its own use or for any other purpose other than the reasonable purposes associated with the license granted to Client along with all of its limitations and restrictions as set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of CleanBrain.
