No Use of the Software by Third Parties. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, you may not sublicense, distribute, publish, transfer, rent, lease or otherwise make available the Software to any third parties. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, you may not permit third parties to access and use the Software on a time-sharing or service bureau basis.
