REPORT SERVER SOFTWARE. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Telerik hereby grants to You the following limited, non-transferable, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Report Server Software solely as specified in this Agreement. The Report Server Software licensed hereunder is designed and licensed for use by Your Licensed Developers and CAL Users, however the license granted pursuant to this Article III does not grant You any rights with respect to the Telerik Reporting Software, please see Article II for the terms and conditions of the Telerik Reporting Software license. Any and all rights in the Report Server Software not expressly granted to You as part of the license hereunder are reserved in all respects by Telerik. Except as expressly granted in this Agreement, You are not licensed to use, copy, modify, or distribute copies of all or any portion of the Report Server Software.
