Common use of No Unfair Competition Clause in Contracts

No Unfair Competition. Employee hereby acknowledges that the sale or unauthorized use or disclosure of any of The Company’s or its Affiliates' confidential information (as described in Section 5.1 above) obtained by Employee by any means whatsoever, at any time before, during, or after the Term shall constitute unfair competition. Employee shall not engage in any unfair competition with The Company or its Affiliates either during the Term or at any time thereafter.

No Unfair Competition. Employee hereby acknowledges that the sale or unauthorized use or disclosure of any of The Company’s or its Affiliates' affiliates’ confidential information (as described in Section 5.1 5.3 above) obtained by Employee by any means whatsoever, at any time before, during, or after the Term shall constitute unfair competition. Employee shall not engage in any unfair competition with The Company or its Affiliates affiliates either during the Term or at any time thereafter.
