Common use of No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock; Listing Clause in Contracts

No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock; Listing. Trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended by the Commission, any Trading Market or any governmental or regulatory body (except for any suspensions of trading of not more than one Trading Day solely to permit dissemination of material information regarding the Company) at any time since the date of execution of this Agreement, the Common Stock shall have been at all times since such date listed for trading on a Trading Market, and the Company shall not have received notice of any delisting or removal from trading on any Trading Market or that it is in violation of any rule, regulation or interpretation of any Trading Market that could lead to delisting or removal from trading;
