No Suits, Proceedings. There are no actions, suits, proceedings or investigations pending or, to Owner’s knowledge, threatened against Owner at law or in equity before any court or before any Governmental Authority (whether or not covered by insurance) that individually or in the aggregate could result in a material adverse effect on Owner’s obligations under this Agreement. Owner has no knowledge of any violation or default with respect to any order, writ, injunction or any decree of any court or any Governmental Authority to which Owner is subject that may result in any such materially adverse effect or such impairment.
