Common use of No Suits, Proceedings Clause in Contracts

No Suits, Proceedings. There are no actions, suits, proceedings or investigations pending or, to Owner’s knowledge, threatened against Owner at law or in equity before any court or before any Governmental Authority (whether or not covered by insurance) that individually or in the aggregate could result in a material adverse effect on Owner’s obligations under this Agreement. Owner has no knowledge of any violation or default with respect to any order, writ, injunction or any decree of any court or any Governmental Authority to which Owner is subject that may result in any such materially adverse effect or such impairment.

There are no material actions, suits, proceedings proceedings, or investigations pending or, to OwnerCustomer’s knowledge, threatened against Owner it at law or in equity before any court or before any Governmental Authority (whether or not covered by insurance) that individually or in the aggregate could result in a material any materially adverse effect on Owner’s the business, properties, or assets or the condition, financial or otherwise, of Customer or in any impairment of its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Owner Customer has no knowledge of any violation or default with respect to any order, writ, injunction injunction, or any decree of any court or any Governmental Authority to which Owner is subject that may result in any such materially adverse effect or such impairment.
