Common use of No Suits, Proceedings Clause in Contracts

No Suits, Proceedings. There are no actions, suits, proceedings, patent or license infringements, or investigations pending or, to Contractor’s knowledge, threatened against it at law or in equity before any court or before any Governmental Authority (whether or not covered by insurance) that individually or in the aggregate could result in a material adverse effect on Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Contractor has no knowledge of any violation or default with respect to any Applicable Permit, order, writ, injunction or decree of any court or any Governmental Authority that may result in any such materially adverse effect or such impairment.
