Common use of No Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

No Subcontractors. The Contractor shall not engage or retain any agent, subcontractor or any other third party for purposes of providing the Services hereunder in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the County (which may be arbitrarily withheld) and on terms and conditions satisfactory the County in its sole discretion. The use of any agents, subcontractor or any other third parties by the Contractor shall in no way relieve the Contractor from its responsibility and obligation to provide the Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
