No Subcontractors. No subcontractor may be utilized by VENDOR unless DEPARTMENT has furnished prior written approval.
No Subcontractors. No subcontractor or consultant will be retained by Contractor to perform services under this Contract without the prior written consent of the City, except for those subcontractors previously identified in the Proposal.
No Subcontractors. Company shall not delegate, subcontract or assign all or any portion of the Services to any third party (collectively, “Contractors”), other than those third parties listed on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, without the express prior written consent of City. Company shall cause any Contractor to comply with all of the terms of this Agreement.
No Subcontractors. No subcontractor may be utilized by Recovery unless DEPARTMENT has furnished prior written approval.
No Subcontractors. The Applicant shall not be permitted to utilize any subcontractors in the performance of services under any license granted pursuant to this Application, unless the subcontractor is disclosed on this application. If the subcontractor will possess or hold in trust any monies to be credited to the Township on behalf of a Taxpayer Consumer, such subcontractor shall have a fiduciary policy naming the Township as a loss payee in the amount stated in Section 5-33.10 of the Ordinance.
No Subcontractors. The Contractor shall not engage or retain any agent, subcontractor or any other third party for purposes of providing the Services hereunder in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the County (which may be arbitrarily withheld) and on terms and conditions satisfactory the County in its sole discretion. The use of any agents, subcontractor or any other third parties by the Contractor shall in no way relieve the Contractor from its responsibility and obligation to provide the Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
No Subcontractors. Greensky will not assign or subcontract any of its obligations under this Agreement to any third party without the express written consent of Comdata.
No Subcontractors. With the exception of skip tracing services, the Servicer shall not utilize or engage a subcontractor to perform any Services under this Agreement without the prior written consent of FMC. To the extent subcontractors perform any services under this Agreement, the Servicer shall be liable for the performance of such subcontractors. Any subcontractors who are approved by FMC and persons hired by Servicer for skip tracing services must sign FMC’s standard form of Confidentiality Agreement and are subject to the confidentially and privacy and security obligations of Section 14.07 hereof. Servicer shall advise FMC upon periodic request of the entities to which it has subcontracted skip tracing services.
No Subcontractors. No subcontractor or consultant shall be retained by Contractor to perform services under this Contract without the prior written consent of the City, except for those subcontractors previously identified in the Bid. Essential staff members assigned to the performance of the Work shall not be reassigned without the consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Administration of any approved subcontractor shall be the Contractor's responsibility and all subcontracts shall require each subcontractor to be bound by all pertinent portions of this Contract and to assume all applicable obligations and responsibilities which the Contractor by this Contract assumes toward the City. In particular, and not by way of limitation, all indemnification and insurance provisions shall be fully binding upon any subcontractor providing a portion of the services, for all intents and purposes as if said subcontractor were a party to this Contract.
No Subcontractors. Consultant agrees not to subcontract any portion of the work to be performed hereunder without the prior written consent of NYNEX.
