No Sub-Contracting. Unless prior and specific written consent is obtained from the MIDAS Contact to the contrary, the Supplier shall not sub-contract delivery of any of the Services or any of its other obligations under the Framework Agreement and shall perform the same personally and shall not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Framework Agreement.
