Common use of No Strike Clause in Contracts

No Strike. Neither the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form of economic pressure or picketing against the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of this Agreement.

No Strike. Neither The Union, its members and representatives, agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe and sound) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or persons acting in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage decisions of any nature whatsoevermanagement of the County, nor shall they engage in any form to effect a change of economic pressure personnel of operations of management or picketing against the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of employees not covered by this AgreementMOU.

No Strike. Neither A) The Union officers or staff will not cause or authorize or encourage its members to cause, nor will any member of the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate bargaining unit take part in any strike, sympathy strike walkoutsit-down, stay-in, or slowdown or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form plant or property of economic pressure the City or picketing against any curtailment of work or restriction of production or interference with the Employer. In operations of the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same City during the term terms of this Agreement.

No Strike. Neither The Union will not cause or permit its members to cause, and will not sanction in any way, any work stoppage, strike, picketing or slowdown of any kind or for any reason, or the Union nor its membershonoring of any picket line at the Hospital, agentsor other curtailment, representatives, employees restriction or persons acting in concert interference with them, shall incite, encourage any of the County's functions or operations; and no employee will participate in any strike, sympathy strike walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form of economic pressure or picketing against the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same such activities during the term of this AgreementAgreement or any extension thereof.

In the event District, nor to effect a change of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown personnel or work stoppage operations of management or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of employees not covered by this AgreementMOU.)

No Strike. No Strike. Neither The Union, its members and representatives agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is in an operating condition that conforms with applicable state and federal law) or refuse to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or persons acting in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage decisions of any nature whatsoeverthe City, nor shall they engage in any form to effect a change of economic pressure personnel or picketing against operations of management or of employees not covered by the Employer. In the event Memorandum of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of this AgreementUnderstanding.

No Strike. Neither the Union nor The Union, its members, officers, agents, representativesemployees, employees and representatives agree that they will not authorize, instigate, aid, condone, or persons acting in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form of economic pressure strike (including jurisdictional or picketing against sympathy strikes) sit-downs, slow-downs, work stoppages, honor any unsanctioned picket line at the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown ’s premises or work stoppage locations, including Beluga, or threat thereof, take any other action which will interfere with or interrupt the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of this AgreementEmployer’s operations for any reason whatsoever.

No Strike. Neither The Union, its members and representatives, agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe and sound) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting in concert with them, any representatives thereof shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form job action for the purpose of economic pressure effecting changes in the directives or picketing against decisions of management of the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of this Agreement.Housing Authority,

No Strike. Neither the The Union will not call, cause, assist, encourage, participate in, condone, ratify or sanction nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting will any bargaining-unit member engage in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any a strike, sympathy strike walkoutwork stoppage, slowdown or other work stoppage withholding of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form of economic pressure or picketing against the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same services during the term of this Agreement.. The Union agrees to indemnify the Administration for all expenses and damages that occur as a result of any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services when such action is publicly condoned by the Union.
