No Statement. In the event of a (alleged) malfunction or defect of a Product, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its representatives or agents will not make any statement as to the cause, before having informed BIOMATERIALI and having received BIOMATERIALI written analysis of the malfunction or defect, and will then not render statements different from the results of such analysis.
