No Statement Clause Samples
The "No Statement" clause prohibits either party from making public statements or disclosures about the agreement or its subject matter without prior consent. In practice, this means that neither side can issue press releases, discuss the terms with third parties, or otherwise comment publicly about the arrangement unless specifically authorized. This clause serves to protect confidentiality, prevent misinformation, and maintain control over how information about the agreement is shared.
No Statement. In the event of a (alleged) malfunction or defect of a Product, BIOTRONIK or its representatives or agents will not make any statement as to the cause, before having informed by CONOR and having received CONOR’s written analysis of the malfunction or defect, and will then not render statements different from or in addition to the results of such analysis.
No Statement. No statement, either written or oral, has been made by O.A.K. or any O.A.K. Subsidiary to any person with regard to any O.A.K. Employee Benefit Plan that was not in accordance with the O.A.K. Employee Benefit Plan and that could have a Material Adverse Effect.
