Common use of No Security Interests Clause in Contracts

No Security Interests. The Guarantor shall not, and shall procure that each other Relevant Person will not create, assume or permit to exist any Security Interest (other than any Permitted Security Interest) of any kind upon any Leasing Document to which such Relevant Person is a party, and if applicable, the Vessel.
