No Rights to Continued Relationship. Neither this Agreement nor any action taken or omitted to be taken hereunder shall be deemed to create or confer on any Person any right to be retained in any employment, consultant, advisory, director, manager or other such relationship by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or to interfere with or to limit in any way the right of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to terminate such relationship with any such Person at any time.
