No Right to Source Code. CKK hereby acknowledges that the human-readable source code of the Software contains the valuable trade secrets and other confidential information of Cadence and its suppliers. CKK shall have no right whatsoever to utilize, receive, review, or otherwise have access to the human-readable source code version of the Software, unless Cadence expressly grants such right in writing, if Cadence at its sole discretion deems such access necessary for the proper marketing of the Products. CKK shall not (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products or otherwise reduce the Software to human-perceivable form, (ii) attempt to derive the human-readable source code of the Software, or (iii)
No Right to Source Code. You acknowledge that the source code and underlying structure and algorithms of the Software are the property and proprietary trade secrets of Quorum or its licensors. Except for the open source software as provided by the open source licenses described in Section 4.5 below, (a) no license is granted to use Quorum source code and all such use is expressly prohibited; and
