Common use of No Right to Future Awards Clause in Contracts

No Right to Future Awards. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement does not confer on the Recipient any right or guarantee to future awards under the Plan. The Committee shall retain full authority and discretion to make determinations regarding eligibility for awards under the Plan, including the types, sizes, terms and conditions of awards granted under the Plan. The Company expressly reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms and conditions of any future awards of grants under the Plan.
