Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall be interpreted or construed to confer upon the Participant any right to continue as a director of the Corporation, nor shall this Agreement or the Plan interfere in any way with the right of the Corporation or its directors or stockholders to remove the Participant as a director in accordance with the by-laws of the Corporation.
