Common use of No Representations by the City Clause in Contracts

No Representations by the City. No representations or warranties, expressed or implied, have been made by or on behalf of the City with respect to: (a) the adequacy or fitness of any City-Funded Vehicles for the purposes authorized by this Agreement,

No Representations by the City. No representations or warranties, expressed or implied, have been made by or on behalf of the City with respect to: (a) the adequacy or fitness of any City-Funded Vehicles Equipment for the purposes authorized by this Agreement,, (b) the Legal Requirements applicable to the acquisition thereof and/or use thereof in accordance with the City Purpose Covenant, and Funding Recipient has not relied on any such representations or warranties in its determination to enter into this Agreement and assume its obligations hereunder.
