Except as set forth in Schedule 3.8.2 or in the SEC Documents, there are no outstanding contractual obligations (contingent or otherwise) of the Company to retire, repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any outstanding shares of capital stock of, or other ownership interests in, the Company or to provide funds to or make any investment (in the form of a loan, capital contribution or otherwise) in any other Person.
