No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the ObligorsBorrower A, Borrower B, the Seller Builder or a third party in connection with the purchase by the Obligors of the ShipsShip A or Ship B, other than as disclosed to the Issuer Agent in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.
