No Pyramiding Overtime Sample Clauses
No Pyramiding Overtime. Overtime shall not be pyramided. For instance, a particular hour of work shall be computed as overtime under only one provision of this Agreement and if an hour is counted as overtime, it shall not also operate to convert other regularly scheduled straight-time into additional overtime.
No Pyramiding Overtime. For purposes of this section, a holiday shall be treated as time worked.
