No Prepayments. Except as disclosed on Schedule 5.19, such Seller is not obligated by virtue of any prepayment arrangement for the sale of Hydrocarbons and/or any take or pay or other similar provisions of a production payment or other arrangement, to deliver Hydrocarbons, or proceeds from the sale thereof, attributable to the Assets at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor.
