No Prepayments. There have been no advance, take or pay or other prepayments received by Seller with respect to its interest in the Assets that would obligate Buyer to deliver Hydrocarbon production from the Assets after the Effective Time without receiving full payment.
No Prepayments. Unless otherwise provided in an Agreement or the Mortgage, the Borrower shall have no right to prepay all or any part of the principal Indebtedness prior to the maturity date set out in the Mortgage.
