No Pledge of Tax Revenues. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed (i) a pledge of or lien upon tourist development taxes, any other source of Visit Orlando or County revenue, or any real or personal property of Visit Orlando or the County, (ii) an amendment to the County Tourist Development Plan, or (iii) a waiver of, or contract to exercise, the County’s sovereign governmental powers.
