Common use of NO PETS Clause in Contracts

NO PETS. Lessee shall not keep in or about said premises any cats, dogs, fowl or other animals or birds on the premises without the prior written consent of Lessor. Should Lessor approve a pet(s) for Lessee, Lessee will be required to sign and abide by the community’s rules and regulations as noted in Lessor’s Pet Addendum. Should Lessee purchase a pet without prior Lessor’s approval, Lessee(s) may be required to remove the pet from the property or face possible legal action, up to and including eviction.
