Common use of No Partnership Certificates Clause in Contracts

No Partnership Certificates. No certificates to evidence a Partner’s interest in the Partnership (a “Partnership Certificate”) shall be issued and any Partnership Certificates previously issued shall be null and void and without any force or effect whatsoever.
