Common use of No Other Technology Rights Clause in Contracts

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights or Technology of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party to said Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Partyparty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights any technology, know-how, patents, pending patent applications, products or Technology biological materials of the other Partyparty, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Partyparty, or transferred by the other Party party to said Party party, at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights in any invention, discovery, Composition of Matter or Technology other technology, or in any other Intellectual Property Right, of the other Party, Party (including items without limitation those owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party to said Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement).

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a PartyParty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights any technology, know-how, patents, pending patent applications, products or Technology biological materials of the other Party, including items owned, . controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party to said Party Party, at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly specifically provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Partyparty hereto or its sublicensee(s), as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights in any pending patent application(s), license(s) or Technology of the other Partyproduct(s), including items owned, controlled or developed by by, the other Partyother, or transferred by the other Party to said Party such party at any time pursuant to this Agreement. Each party covenants that it shall not use or practice any of the other party’s technology licensed under this Agreement for any purpose except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights or Technology license in any technology, information, know-how, patents, pending patent applications, products or materials of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, Party or transferred by the other Party to said the-first Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Partyparty, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights in any discovery, invention or Technology other technology, data or information (or any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights therein) of the other Partyparty, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party party to said Party such party at any time pursuant to this Agreement. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, neither party shall be under any obligation to grant to the other party any rights in any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.

It is understood and agreed by the parties that this Agreement does not grant to either party any license or other right in basic technology of the other party except to the extent necessary to enable the parties to carry out their part of this Agreement.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a PartyParty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights any technology, know-how, patents, pending patent applications, products, or Technology biological materials of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party to said Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement, by implication, or by estoppel, or otherwise.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights in any technology, know-how, Patents, products, compounds, materials, vaccines, antibodies, cell lines or Technology cultures, or animals of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Partyother, or transferred by the other Party to said such Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement. It is understood and agreed by the Parties that this Agreement does not grant to either Party any license or other right in basic technology of the other Party except to the extent necessary to enable the Parties to carry out their obligations under this Agreement for the development and commercialization of Products.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or the License Agreement, under no circumstances shall a PartyParty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in in, or other right to the Patent Rights to, any technology, know-how, patents, pending patent applications, products, or Technology chemical or biological materials of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party to said Party at any time pursuant to this Agreementduring the Term.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Partyparty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights any technology, trade secrets, know-how, patents, pending patent applications, products or Technology biological materials of the other Partyparty, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Partyparty, or transferred by the other Party party to said Party party, at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a PartyParty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights Rights, Technology or Technology Manufacturing Know-How of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party to said Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant either Party any license or other right in the Patent Rights of the other Party for uses other than the development, production, use and sale of Collaboration Products.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Partyparty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights any technology, know-how, patents, pending patent applications, compounds, products, antibodies, cell lines or Technology cultures, or animals of the other Partyparty, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Partyparty, or transferred by the other Party party to said Party party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a PartyParty hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights patent rights or Technology technology of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or transferred by the other Party to said Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant either Party any license or other right in the rights of the other Party for uses other than as specified in Article 2.1 hereof and this Article 10.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Partyparty, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest in or other right to the Patent Rights in any invention, discovery, composition or Technology other technology, or in any patent right or other intellectual property right, of the other Party, party (including items without limitation those owned, controlled or developed by the other Partyparty, or transferred by the other Party party to said Party such party at any time pursuant to this Agreement).
