Common use of No Other Duty Clause in Contracts

No Other Duty. To the maximum extent permitted by the Act and under other Applicable Law, none of the Company Members, any Investor Holdco Member, or any of their respective Affiliates (in each case, in their capacity as such) shall have any fiduciary or other duty to the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any other Person with respect to the business and affairs of the Company or of any of its Subsidiaries.
