Common use of No Other Compensation or Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Other Compensation or Benefits. You acknowledge that, except (a) as expressly provided in this Letter Agreement, (b) as otherwise specifically provided under any employee benefit plan of the Company, or (c) as otherwise required by applicable law, you will not receive any additional compensation, bonus, severance or other benefits of any kind or of any amount following the Separation Date.

No Other Compensation or Benefits. You acknowledge that, except (a) as expressly provided in this Letter Agreement, (b) as otherwise specifically provided under any employee benefit plan of the Company, or (c) as otherwise required by applicable law, you have not earned and will not receive from the Company any additional compensation, bonus, severance severance, or other benefits of any kind before or of any amount following after the Separation Date, with the sole exception of any benefit the right to which has vested as of the Separation Date under the express terms of a Company benefit plan.

By way of example, except as otherwise referenced in this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you have not earned and are not owed any bonus, incentive compensation, commissions or equity.
