No Other Compensation or Benefits. You will be compensated as set out in this Article. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled by reason of your employment by the Company or by reason of any termination of such employment, to any remuneration, compensation, severance, damages or benefits other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Option Agreement and as expressly required by applicable employment standards legislation.
