Common use of No Other Breach Clause in Contracts

No Other Breach. The consummation of the transactions covered by this Loan Agreement and the payment and performance of all of the obligations in the Loan Documents will not result in any breach of, or constitute a default under any lease, contract, loan or credit agreement, corporate charter, bylaws, partnership agreement, trust agreement, or other instrument to which the Borrower or any of its general partners is a party or by which it or they may be bound or affected.
