User Representations. User represents and warrants to PCG that: A. To the extent a person, User is (i) over the age of eighteen (18); (ii) is affiliated, whether as an employer, contractor, subcontractor, or agent, with an entity party to the PCG-User Contract; and (iii) has the legal authority to bind the entity that such User represents with respect to agreements, including, but not limited to, this Agreement; B. User has the power and authority to enter into and to perform User’s obligations under this Agreement; C. All information provided by User to PCG is truthful, accurate, and complete; D. User shall comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the provisions set forth in Section 5; and E. User has provided and will provide accurate and complete registration information, including, without limitation, User’s legal name, entity affiliation, address, email address, and telephone number. Violation of any of these representations is cause for PCG to suspend and/or terminate User’s access to the Service immediately and without notice.

User Representations. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

User Representations. Client represents and warrants that it: a. Is authorized and has legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, whether individually or on behalf of an entity; b. If an entity, is in good standing with all government and tax authority; c. Has reviewed the terms of this Agreement, together with all related documents, and has had the opportunity to engage counsel for advice prior to signing this Agreement; d. Has directed and will continue to direct and implement policies to ensure use by employees and other Authorized Users who access the Application through Client that is compliant with this Agreement; e. Has a HIPAA compliance policy, carries HIPAA compliance liability insurance, and maintains compliance with HIPAA and any other applicable federal or state law or regulation regarding protected healthcare information; f. Monitors and will continue to monitor Enrolled Patients and Third Parties to ensure proper use of the Application in accordance with this Agreement; g. Is in compliance with and will continue to comply with the User Contributions section of this Agreement.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

User Representations. User represents and warrants to Company that: (a) User is over the age of eighteen (18) and has the power and authority to enter into and perform User’s obligations under this Agreement, (b) all information provided by User to Company is truthful, accurate and complete, (c) User is the authorized signatory of the credit or charge card provided to Company to pay the Fees, (d) User shall comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement including, without limitation, the provisions set forth in section 5, (e) User, and not the Company, is solely responsible for the security and use of User’s password, (f) User has provided and shall provide accurate and complete registration information including, without limitation, User’s legal name, address and telephone number, (g) User acknowledges that all right, title, and interest to the Software/Service belongs to Company. Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to User in this Agreement and that the User may not sublicense, transfer, or assign the Software/Service, directly or indirectly, to any person, entity, partnership, organization, association or otherwise, for any reason.

User Representations. By using the Site and its services, You represent and warrant to CloudLaw that You are: a. of legal age and able to form a binding contract with CloudLaw; b. not a direct competitor of CloudLaw; and ▇. ▇▇▇▇ licensed to practice law in a jurisdiction within the United States of America and are currently in good standing as a lawyer in such jurisdiction. IF YOU CANNOT TRUTHFULLY MAKE ALL OF THE ABOVE REPRESENTATIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE.

User Representations. The USER hereby represents and warrants that, 1) The User is solely responsible for obtaining, at his own cost, all licenses, permits, consents, approvals and intellectual property or other rights as may be required by law for using the Service. 2) USER's usage, and access to the JOBJET URL or digital platform will not violate any applicable law or regulations. 3) All registration, documents, and information that USER will submit shall be true, accurate, correct, uncut, non-fictitious, and complete; USER will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary. 4) USER shall not misuse, defraud, or mislead the information received on TAXSUTRA’s digital platform or from the Employer/ Employee as applicable. USER debarred from the use of JOBJET URL for any illegal, forbidden, or unauthorized purpose. 5) If USER provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, manipulated, wrong, not current, or incomplete, with deceitful intention, or misrepresented, TAXSUTRA reserves the right to not post any job or to suspend or to terminate USERs account/ subscription and/or refuse to deliver any or all current or further services. 6) USER shall be liable under appropriate law and order for making improper use of our support services or for submitting false reports, fake documents, edited photocopy’s/scan copies, false details, misrepresentation, information or abuse, or misconduct. 7) If USER provides information for or on behalf of another individual or person or body corporate (whether registered or not), such USER should be doing so with the consensus of that person after fully understanding the implications of this action. TAXSUTRA will not be held responsible if the USER is doing this without the knowledge/consensus of that person concerned. 8) USER agrees to use the JOBJET URL only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, USER agrees that while using ONLINE SERVICEs, USER shall not: i. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. ii.
