Common use of No Option Clause in Contracts

No Option. Submission of this Lease to Tenant for examination or negotiation does not constitute an option to lease, offer to lease or a reservation of, or option for, the Premises. This document shall become effective and binding only upon the execution and delivery hereof by Landlord and Tenant.

No Option. Submission The submission of this Lease to Tenant by Landlord or its agent or representative for examination or negotiation execution by Tenant does not constitute an option to lease, or offer to lease the Premises upon the terms and conditions contained herein or a reservation of, or option for, of the Premises. This document Lease shall become effective and binding only upon execution thereof by an authorized officer of the execution and delivery hereof by Landlord on behalf of Landlord and by an authorized officer of Tenant.

Submission The submission of this Lease to Tenant by Landlord, its agent or representative for examination or negotiation execution by Tenant does not constitute an option to lease, or offer to lease the Premises upon the terms and conditions contained in this Lease or a reservation ofof the Premises in favor of Tenant, or option for, the Premises. This document it being intended that this Lease shall only become effective and binding only upon the execution and delivery hereof of the Lease by Landlord and TenantTenant and delivery of a fully executed Lease to both parties.

Submission The execution of this Lease by Tenant and delivery of same to Landlord and/or its manager does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises or an agreement to enter into a Lease and this Lease shall become effective only if and when Landlord executes and delivers same to Tenant; provided, however, the execution and delivery by Tenant of this Lease to Tenant for examination or negotiation does not Landlord and/or its managing agent shall constitute an option to lease, irrevocable offer by Tenant to lease or a reservation of, or option for, the Premises. This document shall become effective Premises on the terms and binding only upon the execution and delivery hereof by Landlord and Tenantconditions herein contained.

Submission For the convenience of Tenant, this Lease may be submitted to Tenant for examination prior to its execution by or negotiation does on behalf of Landlord, but such submission shall not constitute an offer or an option to lease, offer to lease or a reservation of, or option for, the Premises. This document and this Lease shall become effective have been signed and binding only upon the execution and delivery hereof by Landlord and Tenantdelivered on behalf of Landlord.
