No Obligation to Update. Ecorobotix shall have no obligation to update, upgrade, com- plete or otherwise amend or adapt the Service during the duration of this Agreement. For the sake of clarity, it is expressly specified that, to the exception of the below-mentioned error corrections and minor improvements, any other updates, upgrades or enhancements to the Service may be subject to other terms and conditions and to additional charges.
