No Obligation to License. Nothing contained herein shall be construed by implication or otherwise (a) so as to obligate either of the parties to enter into an agreement for purchase of or license to any products, technology, or services; or (b) as the grant of any right or license by either party to any Confidential Information or any intellectual property rights, except as set forth in this Agreement.
