No Obligation to Contribute Capital. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Company Agreement shall not be construed as creating a deficit restoration obligation or otherwise personally obligate any Member to make a Capital Contribution in excess of the Initial Contribution.   • No Obligation to Continue Business Relationship Neither the Plan, this agreement, nor the grant of this option imposes any obligation on the Company to continue the Optionee in employment or other Business Relationship.
