Common use of No Notice Required Clause in Contracts

No Notice Required. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6(a) above, if there shall occur an Event of Default under Section 6(a)(v) or Section 6(a)(vi) above, then the entire unpaid Principal Amount, and all interest accrued and unpaid thereon, shall become immediately due and payable without the necessity of any action by the Holder or notice to the Maker.
