Common use of No Moratorium Clause in Contracts

No Moratorium. Any present or future legislation which operates to vary obligations between the Licensee and the Licensor, except to the extent that such legislation is expressly accepted to apply to this Licence or that its exclusion is prohibited, is excluded from this Licence.
