No Moratorium. The provisions of any Law which extends a date for paying money under this Lease or which abrogates, nullifies, postpones or otherwise affects any provision in this Lease shall not apply to limit the terms of this Lease.
No Moratorium. Any present or future legislation which operates to vary obligations between the Licensee and the Licensor, except to the extent that such legislation is expressly accepted to apply to this Licence or that its exclusion is prohibited, is excluded from this Licence.

No Moratorium. The provisions of any legislation postponing payment of money, reducing or fixing rates of interest or purporting to curtail or restrict any rights of the Mortgagee are to the extent that it is lawful expressly excluded from application to this mortgage.
No Moratorium. There shall be no moratorium or denial in effect for the issuance of any license, permit, authorization or approval required by Buyer to develop the Property in accordance with the Buyer’s intended use as described in Section 4.1.

As of the Closing Date, there shall be no moratorium, injunction, restraining order or similar restriction imposed by any governmental authority, court, administrative body or private entity which precludes or prevents the issuance of building permits or certificates of occupancy with respect to the Property and/or the construction of residences or other improvements on the Property.
