The Executive shall not be required to seek or accept other employment, or otherwise to mitigate damages, as a condition to receipt of the Severance Benefits, and the Severance Benefits shall not be offset by any amounts received by the Executive from any other source, except to the extent that the Executive’s rights to the benefits described in Sections 4.4.3(i)(b) or 4.4.3(ii)(c), as applicable, are terminated by reason of the Executive obtaining full-time employment with another company or business entity which offers comparable health insurance coverage.
