Common use of No Maintenance Clause in Contracts

No Maintenance. It is understood that Columbia will provide no maintenance or installation services of any kind hereunder. Columbia may, in its sole discretion, use reasonable efforts to assist Schrödinger in correcting errors in the PROTEIN FOLDING Code or Columbia Improvements brought to Columbia’s attention by Schrödinger or others; provided, however, that Columbia will not be considered in breach of this Agreement if it is unable to do so after reasonable efforts.
