No Limitation on Regulatory Compliance. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as preventing or in any way inhibiting Hana from complying with statutory and regulatory requirements governing the Development, Manufacture, use and sale or other distribution of Product in the Territory in any manner which it reasonably deems appropriate, including, for example, by disclosing to Regulatory Authorities Confidential Information or other information received from INEX.
